1. Like most open source software developers, we do not provide refunds. Since we provide the full source code, return verification is not possible.
Before buying our applications please make sure that your web server supports the system requiremetns. You'll recive the complete source code for the software and this is why we usually do not offer refunds, and that all of our sales are final.  |
| 2. Once you order the application you'll receive: the complete application (.aspx files), documentation in .pdf file, license agreement and database scripts.
The software will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer in the order form. |
3. Due to the nature of our applications (source code), at the time we do not have any trial or downloadable versions available.
You can evaluate the software in our web site using our online demo.
While they are limited demonstrations, they provide a complete overview of the features available in the system. |
4. All of our applications come with a PDF manual that explains in detail how to set and use the application. You'll need the free Acrobat Reader to read the documentation.

5. Yes, we offer free installation support. Please, make sure that your server supports the system requirements before trying to install the script, and contact us.

6. Minor upgrades (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.) are provided free of charge to all clients who purchased any 2.x version.
Major upgrades (3.0, 4.0, etc.) are provided free of charge only to the customers who own a 2.x license with a valid subscription. The other clients need to purchase major upgrades. |
| 7. Regarding the US FED ID number, we are a Colombian Based company, however, all of our transactions are handled through ShareIT (http://www.shareit.com) which is the company that receives and process payments on behalf of us.
ShareIT, has offices worldwide, inlcuding the US, they'll be able to provide you with a US FED ID Number, and invoice and everything else you may need to support the order.

The difference between our licensing models are :
 1 Web Site License
With the regular single licence you can install and use the software under one live web site. The web site can have one main domain and any number of additional domain aliases that point to the same content as the main domain.
1 Server License
This option allows you to run any number of web sites on a single physical server. The server needn't be your property - it can be a shared, virtual or rented dedicated server.
1 Unlimited-Sites License
This option allows the licensee to create any number of web sites and run them on any number of servers. The web sites can be developed solely by the organization that purchased the license. The licensee cannot provide the product to other parties without implementing the web site as a part of custom development services.

10. ShareIT (www.shareit.com) handles all of our electronic payments (we never get in contact with a credit card). It is a recognized company for Shareware authors and has offices all around the world.
Most of the time, the order is delivered immediately upon submission.
However, sometimes there the have to verify the information manually, so it could take a couple of hours..
When you submit an order, you should receive 3 e-mails
One confirming the order submission
Another with the download information
And a third with a thank you message
An order should not take more than 24 hours to be delivered. |
11. Yes, Shareit.com offers several payment options including:

12. Yes, We offer discounts on volume licensing and we offer
offer educational and non profit organization discounts.

13. According to our license agreement, rebranding or reselling are not allowed. Our software is licensed not sold, so
our copyrights notices must remain visible (label in the administrator's login page).
However if you're interested in this kind of license model, please contact us and we'll discuss your particular needs. |
14. We provide support (in our web site at http://www.dynamicbasics.com/support.asp) for any inconvenice or problem you may experience with the application, and this is free of charge.
Please note that we cannot provide support for modified versions of the application.

15. We sell our products thorugh ShareIT ( http://www.shareit.com ), which is the company that accepts payments on behalf of us. You'll be able to pay by credit card, wire transfer, check etc. However we do not support Purchase Orders.

16. If you use or install Advanced Calendar.NET on several servers in the web farm, you need to purchase a license for each server in the web farm. This applies also to the 1 Web Site License.

17. At the time our applications don't support MySQL.
Our applications support MS SQL Server 2000 as database backends.

18. At the time we do not have versions of our products developed in other technologies than ASP Script or .NET. However we are planning to release them in PHP in the near future.

19. Yes, our applications can share a single database. Most of our customer use that same configuration. Our product use unique table names in order to avoid any conflict with already existent tables nd elements in your DB

20. Our .NET applications requires .NET 2.0 in order to properly work.
Make sure that you are running the latest .NET version (The last line of the error page shows the version that you are using). You can change the .NET version in the ASP.NET tab in IIS
If you are trying to run one of our .NET applications, make sure that its DLL has been located in a folder called BIN at the ROOT of the web site.
If there's no BIN folder, you will need to create one.
Please note that the folder should be named BIN, very often it is mistakingly taken for the CGI-BIN folder.
